My Approach

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), which means I am well-trained and experienced in having conversations that bring transformative awareness. I’m also training in Positive Intelligence’s “Mental Fitness” (PQ) methodology, which is rooted in science. Mental fitness is the measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (your inner wise Sage) versus the negative (your inner critic AKA saboteur). Awareness (insight) combined with positive mental muscle (behavior) creates breakthrough results in performance, happiness, and relationships.

I do not impose my ideas onto you or tell you what to do—you are the inventor of your life. We will work as a team to identify your most effective ways of working, so you can design your most desired, resonant, and fulfilling way forward. I hold a confidential, non-judgmental space for you as you let go of what is holding you back and step into the enormous life you visualize for yourself.

Your Investment

You can work with me for a three or six month period:
$175 per session for 3 months (6 sessions) or 6 months (12 sessions).
